Terms & Conditions (Website)

2. Products

Products are herbal and wellness-based. We do not guarantee medical results. Results may vary per individual.

3. Pricing

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices may change without notice.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed after payment is received. Payment methods include approved gateways.

5. Shipping

Delivery takes 1–5 business days depending on location. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

6. Returns Policy

No returns on opened consumable products. Defective products must be reported within 48 hours.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vitality Herbal Tea is not liable for misuse of products, health-related outcomes, or delays caused by third-party services.

MLM / Distributor Policy

1. Registration

Joining fee: R90. Must be 18 years or older and provide accurate personal information.

2. Earnings Disclaimer

Income is not guaranteed. Earnings depend on effort, sales, and team performance.

3. Commissions

  • Direct referral bonus
  • Team commissions based on levels
  • Retail profits from product sales

4. Payment Terms

Commissions are paid on the 2nd of each month. If the date falls on a weekend/public holiday, payment is made the next working day.

5. Rank & Bonuses

Distributors may qualify for ranks and incentives. Bonuses are paid based on meeting requirements.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Distributors may NOT make false income claims, make medical claims about products, spam or mislead customers, or use unauthorized branding. Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Independent Contractor Status

Distributors are independent and not employees of Vitality Herbal Tea.

Refund & Cancellation Policy (MLM)

  • Joining fee is non-refundable
  • Business kits are non-refundable once opened
  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch

For product quality concerns, contact support within 48 hours of delivery.

Marketing & Advertising Policy

Distributors must:

  • Use approved marketing materials
  • Avoid misleading before/after claims
  • Follow social media platform rules (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
  • Never create fake testimonials or unrealistic income expectations

Failure to comply may result in loss of commissions or termination.

Payout & System Policy

  • Payments processed via approved system (bank transfer or secure gateway).
  • Incorrect banking details are distributor’s responsibility; any reversal fees will be borne by distributor.
  • Processing time: 1–3 working days after scheduled payout date (2nd of month).
  • Minimum payout threshold: R100 (if applicable).
